Synopsis:
Just like every weekend, Cathy, a six-year-old girl, has to accompany her parents on a trip to the countryside. She is not very enthusiastic, since she feels that she doesn’t exist in the eyes of her father and mother. The weekend would have been as drab as usual if an old day labourer hadn’t given Cathy some “magic” beans. Curious and excited, she decides not to go home when the weekend ends, so that she can watch the seeds germinate. All alone, Cathy realizes that her parents are worried and looking for her. She’s afraid of being severely punished for this silly mistake, and she runs off into the forest where she gets lost...
