Synopsis:
In Brussels as in Kigali, survivors of the Tutsi genocide of 1994 often pass people suspected of having participated to the massacre. In Belgium, this phenomenon is revealed to us through the trial of one of them, Ephrem Nkezabera, leader of the extremist hutu militia (Interahamwe), heavy hitter of the genocidary machine. The criminal court of Brussels judged him in november 2009, by default, and we were exceptionally able to film the debates.
