by Michaël De Nijs- Synopsis:
- At a crossroads, a graveyard. Robrecht has come to put flowers on his mother’s grave; Sara is there to mourn her young son. Both eye each other discreetly. He is captivated by her genuine emotion; she is bothered by his presence. All seems to keep them apart, yet Robrecht dares to proffer a handkerchief. Moments later, they are drowning their sorrows in the local café. Robrecht attempts to lift Sara’s spirits: on an impulse, he suggests that they go to the seaside.
