Synopsis:
March 16, 2003. Rachel Corrie, american peace activist , 22 years old, was crushed by an Israeli army bulldozer in the Gaza Strip.

While Israeli authorities denied responsability and said it was an accident , many Palestinian and international witnesses talked about deliberate murder;  While Israeli army said the bulldozer was doing routine land grading work, all the civilian witnesses talked about systematic destruction of Palestinian homes....

During 5 years , Simone Bitton’s gathered precise testimonies, written documents, still photos and video footage relative to  Rachel’s killing. All the elements of her rigorous investigation are interwoven in the film with no narration, transcending its subject, allowing  the viewer to meditate and mourn about youth and commitment, about power and opression, about truth and lies .
