Synopsis:
Jeannine Deckers refuses to accept the marriage her authoritarian mother has arranged for her. So she decides to enter a convent, leaving her admiring sister Madeleine behind. In the palatial prison of the Dominicans, she seeks refuge in music and becomes a composer.
