"And Arnaud" competing at Angers Festival

Short film directed by Thomas Damas, And Arnaud will be competing during the 31st edition of Premiers Plans Festival in Angers.

Produced by Les APACH, And Arnaud will be presented in the “European Schools’ Films”, category of short films which represent a witness to the current vibrancy of European film schools. Last November, this short film was also presented as a world premiere at DOK Leipzig Festival, one of the leading international festivals for artistic documentary.

Synopsis : Making a movie to make an encounter. Making a movie to talk about my brother. Arnaud has become an animal locked up in a cage whose door he himself keeps shut. Everything is blurred. He wanders endlessly.

This short film has been supported by the Centre du Cinéma et de l’Audiovisuel of the Brussels Wallonia Federation.

Iconic cultural event for artists and professionals, the Premiers Plans Festival in Angers is dedicated above all to discovering new talents in European cinema. For its 31st edition, the Festival will take place from January 25th to February 3rd.
