Several thousands of unaccompanied foreign minors arrive in Belgium each year. Most of them apply for asylum, like Sahil, a 15-year-old Afghan boy. Having spent a year being moved from one centre to another, Sahil is taken in by a foster family. This new environment brings the hope of a more stable life as he waits for the verdict of the foreign office.
