2009 – In a hangar in Oklahoma, Lieutenant Colonel Scotty Wilson (USAF) begins construction of a replica of a racing plane designed in the 1930s by Ettore Bugatti and Louis de Monge, the Bugatti 100P. Eighty years later, Scotty wants to be the one to fly the most elegant aircraft ever built. Louis de Monge's grand-nephew goes to meet him and becomes part of the adventure. The past emerges in bits and pieces, mixed with the present and the actors of the time. The tension increases with the proximity of the first flight.
