After having blown up the earth, super-villain Destructor feels very lonely on his tiny scrap of land somewhere out in space. One day, Cosmo, a little high-tech toy robot, crosses his path and mistakes Destructor for Brian, the little boy to whom he was supposed to be given as a birthday present.
