"Heads or Fails" and "Reflection in a Dead Diamond" Selected for BAFICI 2025

The BAFICI (Buenos Aires Festival Internacional de Cine Independiente) is one of the most prestigious film festivals in Latin America, showcasing the best of global independent cinema. Every year, this festival becomes a key destination for discovering bold films that push the boundaries of storytelling and creativity.
Heads or Fails directed by Lenny Guit and Harpo Guit has been selected for the International Competition at BAFICI 2025. Produced by Roue Libre Production and sold by Best Friend Forever, the film had its world premiere at Fantastic Fest in Austin in 2024.

Reflection in a Dead Diamond directed by Hélène Cattet and Bruno Forzani is selected for the Late Night section of the Argentine festival. Produced by Kozak Films and sold by True Colours, it had its world premiere at the Berlinale 2025 in the Official Competition.
John D, a septuagenarian living in a luxury hotel on Côte d’Azur, is intrigued by his next door neighbor who reminds him of the wildest hours on the Riviera during the 1960s. At that time, he was a spy in a rapidly developing world full of promise. One day, this neighbor mysteriously disappears... bringing John face to face with his demons: are his former adversaries back to wreak havoc in his idyllic world?
The festival will take place in Buenos Aires from April 1 to 13, 2025.
