Marc-Henri Wajnberg’s new series “Prout” is part of the Cartoon Forum 2025 lineup.

Marc-Henri Wajnberg’s new series “Prout” is part of the Cartoon Forum 2025 lineup.

Every fall, Toulouse becomes the European capital of television animation thanks to the Cartoon Forum, a unique market dedicated to co-production. The 2025 edition will be no exception, and the Wallonia-Brussels Federation will be particularly well represented with several original projects expected to attract broadcasters’ attention.

On the program is Prout, the new stop-motion series by Marc-Henri Wajnberg, produced by Wajnbrosse Production. This series consists of 52 episodes of 7 minutes each, animated in plasticine, a handcrafted technique promising a result that is both funny and distinctive.

Every day, the little Proutians are threatened by waste dumped on their planet by flying dustbin lorries from Earth. Forced to come to terms with this pollution, they transform these old objects into playful or useful accessories.

Also worth noting is the presence of the company MIPTS PROD, which features in the credits of two co-productions: Aliens Dunk by Rémi Guérin, and Holly & Luna Go Woof! by Rémi Guérin and Simon Nicholson.

See you at the Cartoon Forum in Toulouse, from September 15 to 18, 2025.
