“Ethernel” at Séries Mania 2026!

The new Belgian series Ethernel has been selected for the 2026 edition of Séries Mania!

Over the past few years, the festival has become a must-attend event for both television series enthusiasts and industry professionals. Held annually in Lille, it showcases international series through premieres, competitions, and meetings with creative teams from around the world.

Founded in Paris in 2010 before relocating to Lille in 2018, Séries Mania now attracts thousands of spectators and also hosts a major professional market, the Séries Mania Forum, dedicated to producers, broadcasters, and industry talents. Through exclusive screenings, conferences, and masterclasses, the festival celebrates the diversity of formats and storytelling that define the golden age of contemporary series.

This year, the Belgian series Ethernel, created by Nicolas Boucart and Olivier Tollet, is featured in the International Panorama section of the French festival. The series is produced by Hélicotronc and is internationally represented by APC Studios. The first season consists of six 45-minute episodes.

We also note the presence of two co-productions supported by the Centre du Cinéma et de l'Audiovisuel de la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles: Eldorado by Tarek Haoudy and Nacim Methar in the French Competition (co-produced with RTBF), as well as Breendonk in the Panorama section.

The festival will take place in Lille from March 20 to 27, 2026!
