Laurence Buelens selected for the Co‑Pro Social Club at the 2026 Cannes Film Market!

Belgian producer Laurence Buelens has been selected to take part in the Co‑Pro Social Club, one of the most selective professional programs of Cannes Docs, held within the Marché du Film of the 2026 Festival de Cannes.

Designed as a six day intensive and immersive program, the Co‑Pro Social Club is aimed at documentary producers actively engaged in international co‑production. Focused on the development of the producer’s professional profile rather than on specific projects, the program combines tailored training, peer‑to‑peer exchange, and strategic meetings with key players in the global documentary industry.

Rayuela Productions is an independent Brussels based production company dedicated to creative documentary and art house cinema. Founded in 2014 by Belgian producer and director Laurence Buelens, Rayuela Productions’ films have been selected at numerous international festivals, including Hot Docs and DOK Leipzig, and have received multiple nominations at the René Awards.

This selection highlights Laurence Buelens’ international positioning and her active engagement with contemporary dynamics in documentary filmmaking, at the heart of one of the world’s leading professional film markets.

The Co‑Pro Social Club program will take place from 14 to 19 May 2026 during the Marché du Film at the 2026 Festival de Cannes.
