Rules and regulations Oscars 2026-2027
Producers of fiction films, animated films, and documentaries with a theatrical release between 1 October 2025 and 30 September 2026 may submit their application to be considered as Belgium's selection for the Academy Award for Best International Feature Film.
Wallonie-Bruxelles Images and Flanders Image are launching the call for applications for Belgium’s Oscar selection. Together, the agencies form the national jury responsible for choosing the Belgian candidate for the 2027 Academy Awards.
