A Benelux Delegation at Sheffield DocFest 2026
Twelve producers, three from each partner promotion agency, will attend Sheffield DocFest to take part in the Industry programme of this international event.
For several years, the Benelux promotion agencies, including WBImages, have been working together to support producers at major documentary industry events and thereby strengthen co-production opportunities.
The Benelux is a dynamic region, united by a high-quality film infrastructure and shared cultural narratives that reflect the richness of its diversity.
In 2026, this collaboration will take shape at Sheffield DocFest, where a Benelux delegation of 12 producers will take part in the Industry programme to meet documentary professionals and seek co-production partners, financing opportunities, sales agents, and festival connections to help advance their projects currently in development.
This initiative is coordinated by WBImages, Flanders Image, Film Fund Luxembourg, and SEE NL. It highlights the vitality of a region recognized for the quality and diversity of its productions while fostering new collaborations.
The three producers from Wallonia-Brussels are:

Sheffield DocFest will take place from 10 to 15 June 2026.
