Two French-speaking Belgian animated short films in competition at Stuttgart
"Head In The Clouds" and "Muscle Man in: Metal Mayhem" will be in competition at ITFS 2024
The Internationales Trickfilm Festival Of Animated Films - Stuttgart (ITFS) is one of the most important events in the field of animated cinema. Founded in 1982, the Festival has always encouraged and supported artistic animated films, young talents, and the animation film industry as a whole.
This year, Head In The Clouds by Rémi Durin, produced by La Boîte,... Productions, is part of the Tricks for Kids Competition.
Alphonse, a little squirrel, always has his head in the clouds. He loves to contemplate them and sometimes even take pictures of them. Neither his parents nor his friends really understand this passion. Yet, contemplating clouds is not without its challenges.
Muscle Man in: Metal Mayhem, the short film directed by Nicolas Gemoets and produced by La Cambre, is selected in the student competition of the festival (Student Competition).
Muscle Man, the world's cleanest superhero, embarks on an exhilarating battle against a giant robot determined to reduce the city to rubble, but his obsession with order could lead to his downfall.
