In the middle of a show, in front of a stunned audience, an actor of the Comédie française is murdered by poisoning. Martin, one of the actors in the troupe and a direct witness to this assassination, is soon suspected by the police and hunted down by the mysterious organisation that ordered the murder. With the help of a cartoonist, Claire, Martin will seek to unravel the mystery of this violent death during a very eventful trip to Europe.
