Montreal International Festival of Films on Art: three Wallonia-Brussels titles selected for the 41st edition

The Montreal International Festival of Films on Art (Festival International du Film sur l’Art - FIFA) has unveiled the programme for its 41st edition. Three Wallonia-Brussels titles feature among those selected.

The programme for the 41st Montreal International Festival of Films on Art has been unveiled. The FIFA is a cinematographic event that has been held in Montreal every year since 1981. It is one of the world’s most important festivals of films on art, presenting a selection of documentaries, fiction, short and feature films, all focusing on art and culture.

The official selection of feature films includes in particular Elodie Degavre’s film, Life, Assembled, produced by Playtime Films. Meanwhile, Olivier Smolders’ Masks has been selected for the competition in the short films category. Finally, the official selection of short films also includes Sebastien de Buyl’s film, Usures, produced by Terlingua Films.

The 41st FIFA is to be held from 24 March to 2 April 2023.
